Notification Channels

Notification channels for alert/RCA delivery

Location in Keel: /alert/channels

Notification Channels are destinations for alert notifications: Email, Slack, Microsoft Teams, PagerDuty, Opsgenie, and generic webhooks. Create a channel, fill in its connection details, and use Test to verify delivery. Manage them under Alerts → Channels. Email channels use the SMTP settings configured under Settings → Email.
