Open an incident to see its details and the AI-generated Root Cause Analysis: a summary, severity and confidence, the likely root cause, a timeline of events, affected services, supporting evidence, recommended remediation steps, and prevention guidance. RCA also draws on your Knowledge Base runbooks when relevant. Find incidents under the Incidents menu; each links to its full analysis.
