Keel is an annual software licence for on-premises deployment. We offer a no-commitment 30-day guided POC before any purchase — so you can evaluate the product on your own data before paying.
1. 30-day guided POC — no payment required
Every customer is offered a full-feature 30-day proof of concept at no charge. No credit card is required to start a POC. Payment is only requested after the POC period, if you choose to proceed with a licence purchase. This means you have the opportunity to fully evaluate Keel before any financial commitment.
2. Annual licence — general policy
Keel is sold as an annual software licence billed in advance. Because the software is delivered electronically and activated immediately upon payment, all sales are generally final once the licence has been issued and activated.
We strongly encourage customers to complete the 30-day guided POC before purchasing to ensure Keel meets their requirements.
3. Circumstances where a refund may be considered
While we do not offer automatic refunds, Infranexis will review refund requests made within 14 days of the initial licence purchase in the following circumstances:
- The software was not delivered or the licence key was not issued within 5 business days of payment.
- A critical defect prevents the software from operating at all, and Infranexis is unable to resolve it within 14 days of a formal support ticket being raised.
- You were charged an incorrect amount due to a billing error on our side.
Refund requests outside of these circumstances, or after 14 days of purchase, are considered at Infranexis's sole discretion on a case-by-case basis. We may offer a pro-rated credit toward a future licence year in lieu of a cash refund.
4. Renewals
Annual licence renewals are non-refundable once processed. If you do not wish to renew, please notify us in writing at least 30 days before your renewal date. Failure to provide timely notice of non-renewal does not entitle you to a refund of the renewal charge.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your licence at any time by providing written notice to [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current annual licence term. No partial-year refunds are issued upon cancellation mid-term.
6. How to request a refund
To request a refund, email [email protected] with:
- Your company name and registered email address
- Your invoice or order number
- The reason for the refund request
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a decision within 10 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
