2. What we collect on this website
When you visit keel.infranexis.com, we may collect:
- Contact form submissions — name, work email, company name, and any message you provide when requesting a POC or signing up. This is delivered to our sales inbox by a third-party form-handling service (Web3Forms) and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp). These are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Cookies — we use only essential session cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioural tracking on this website.
3. What the Keel appliance collects
Keel is an on-premises appliance you run inside your own environment. Its log data plane — ingest, storage, search, dashboards, and incident data — runs entirely on infrastructure you control. No log content, query text, incident data, or infrastructure details are ever sent to Infranexis.
AI features and the model you configure. Keel ships no AI model. To use AI features (natural-language search, root-cause analysis, the assistant, or the MCP server), you configure a model endpoint of your choice — your own Anthropic or OpenAI key, any OpenAI-compatible endpoint, or a local model on your own network. When an AI feature runs, the relevant log context for that request is sent only to the model endpoint you configured, under your own account and that provider's terms — never to Infranexis. If you configure a local model, that content never leaves your network. You control whether AI is enabled and which provider, if any, receives that request.
Licensing. Air-gapped deployments use offline license verification (RS256) with no outbound connectivity. Where you instead choose online licensing, the appliance may transmit anonymous usage counters (such as bytes ingested and number of analyses run) to Infranexis for license enforcement only — never log content, query text, or infrastructure details.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and manage your POC or subscription
- To send transactional communications (e.g. licence key delivery, renewal reminders)
- To diagnose and fix issues with this website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data sharing
We share your data only with:
- Web3Forms — contact-form submissions pass through this form-handling service, which forwards them to our sales inbox. It processes only the contact details you enter in the form; it never receives any log data.
- Payment processors — when you purchase a licence, billing information is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe or equivalent). We do not store card details.
- Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as our business relationship is active, and for up to 3 years thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, restrict access to contact form data to authorised personnel only, and review our security practices regularly.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
