2. What we collect on this website
When you visit keel.infranexis.com, we may collect:
- Contact form submissions — name, work email, company name, and any message you provide when requesting a POC or signing up. This is stored in a private Google Sheet and used solely to respond to your enquiry.
- Server logs — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, page visited, timestamp). These are retained for up to 30 days for security and diagnostic purposes.
- Cookies — we use only essential session cookies. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party behavioural tracking on this website.
3. What the Keel appliance collects
Keel is an on-premises appliance that runs entirely inside your network. Your log data, incident reports, queries, and AI inference results never leave your environment.
The only data transmitted to Infranexis from a running Keel appliance is anonymous usage counters (bytes ingested, number of RCAs run) used for license enforcement. No log content, query text, or infrastructure details are ever sent to Infranexis.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to enquiries and manage your POC or subscription
- To send transactional communications (e.g. licence key delivery, renewal reminders)
- To diagnose and fix issues with this website
- To comply with legal obligations
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Data sharing
We share your data only with:
- Google Workspace — contact form submissions are stored in Google Sheets under our account.
- Payment processors — when you purchase a licence, billing information is handled directly by our payment processor (Stripe or equivalent). We do not store card details.
- Legal authorities — if required by law or to protect our rights.
6. Data retention
Contact form data is retained for as long as our business relationship is active, and for up to 3 years thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion at any time by emailing [email protected].
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use TLS encryption for all data in transit, restrict access to contact form data to authorised personnel only, and review our security practices regularly.
